The lint trap is the filter found in the front of your dryer that collects fibers that come free from your clothes during the cycle. Lint will accumulate in the trap every time you dry clothes which can affect the dying time.
This is such an easy fix and should be the first approach to fixing a dryer that takes a while to dry its contents. Simply remove the lint filter and scrape the lint off with your fingers. Reinsert the clean filter back into the dryer and see if this improves its performance.
